Business Online Account Access

How To Enroll

In order to become the primary Administrator on our Business Online Banking platform, you will need to enroll in Online Banking using your personal credentials. This allows the system to securely link all of your accounts, while giving you the ability to take advantage of the features within the Busines Online Banking platform.

Remote Deposit

Depositing checks is easy with TFed’s Remote Deposit feature inside our Mobile App. Simply endorse your check, take a picture of the front and back with your phone’s camera, and upload it securely to your TFed account.

Important Information About Remote Deposit:

  • You must be enrolled in Online Banking, and your account must be in good standing.
  • Your check endorsement must include:
    • your signature
    • your member number
    • “For Mobile Deposit Only”.
  • Deposit one check at a time.
  • Only checks drawn on domestic financial institutions are accepted.

Items Not Accepted Through Remote Deposit:

  • Cash
  • Checks made payable to anyone other than yourself (no third-party checks)
  • Checks made payable to yourself and someone who is not a joint owner
  • Foreign checks or checks in foreign currency
  • Altered, suspicious, or fraudulent checks
  • Postdated or stale-dated checks
  • Items marked “non-negotiable”
  • U.S. Savings Bonds
  • Money Orders

Bill Pay

Paying bills is fast and easy with TFed’s Bill Pay. Save time and money by managing your payments online.

With Bill Pay, you can:

  • Make payments quickly and securely
  • View payment history or add new payees
  • See a calendar of upcoming and scheduled payments
