Your Protection is Our Priority
We use advanced technology and proactive monitoring to keep your data safe, because protecting our members is at the heart of what we do.
What We Do to Keep You Safe
Partner with Perimeter to monitor and shut down fraudulent websites that impersonate TFed
Provide Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Online & Mobile Banking logins. This means that you will receive a code to your phone or e-mail address on file to prevent fraudulent login attempts.
Block international debit card transactions unless authorized by you. You must activate your cards by notifying TFed before traveling or by utilizing the TFed Card Control App.
Restrict transactions with high-risk vendors (like CashApp) when fraudulent patterns emerge
Offer secure lobby disposal bins for document shredding
Work one-on-one with members to resolve suspicious activity quickly and privately
What You Can Do
Your security is a shared effort. Here’s how you can help:
Use strong, unique passwords for online banking
Keep your email and phone number updated so we can reach you if fraud is suspected
Review your account regularly using Online & Mobile Banking
Download the TFed Card Control App to manage card activity and receive real-time alerts
Call us at (508) 824-6466 anytime something feels off
Security Made Easy
TFed will never request your account numbers, debit card details, login credentials, or verification codes by text, email, or phone. If you ever receive a suspicious request claiming to be from us, pause and contact us directly.
