We have received reports from some of our members stating that they have received a phone call using TFed's name and phone number to verify transactions and debit card information.
Please be aware that these phone calls are fraudulent and are not being made by TFed. If you receive a suspicious call or message, do not respond and do not provide any personal information.

1. Change Your Mindset – Savings are a necessary expense. When working out your monthly budget, include a little bit for savings, too.
2. Use Cash Over Cards – This way, you’ll be forced to stick to your budget.
3. Start Small – Every little bit counts. Think a dollar a day, a fiver a week, or $50 a month.
4. Make it Automatic – Set up Direct Deposit at Taunton FCU, and direct a portion of your income into your savings account so your savings can grow with no other effort on your part!
5. Don’t spend it on luxury purchases. Instead, save up separately for expensive indulgences.
